Limited parking out the front of the hotel can be a slight inconvenience, but there is an underground carpark nearby for a reasonable fee.

The views from our room and terrace were fabulous - the river Aude and the Cité right there! Very close to good restaurants in the Ville Basse, and only a short walk to practically everything!

We had a small incident accessing the hotel carpark. After a long drive, it was a frustrating experience. However, the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue, ensuring our comfort and convenience. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Citadel, and we enjoyed easy access to restaurants in the heart of the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the facilities were as expected. Despite some minor setbacks, I would still recommend staying at this hotel. I had a pleasant experience at Sowell Hotel Du Roi Spa.
